In an ongoing community effort to support wounded soldiers and their families, Skyline Country Club is gearing up to host the Annual Tee It Up For The Troops charity golf tournament. Anyone in the greater Tucson area is welcome to partake in this fundraiser.
For this fundraising event, golf foursomes will be partnered with local military personnel for a modified five-person scramble. The cost includes breakfast, lunch and golf. In honor of our armed forces, all military personnel participating play and dine at no cost.
The event will take place Saturday, January 30, 2016. To kick off the event, Skyline Country Club will host a breakfast beginning at 7:30 a.m.. This patriotic golf tournament will tee off at 9:00 a.m., with a delicious lunch beginning at 2:00 p.m. A raffle is held during lunch; where many community members hand over their prizes to the service men and women in attendance, we appreciate all that you do. Past participates have said that their love of golf is enhanced each year on this day of appreciation.
