Food and beverage are one of the many things Skyline does best. Skyline members and their guests enjoy many dining options. From regularly scheduled a la carte casual dining to special events, from banquets to catering at members’ homes.

The Culinary Team strives to offer our members the finest dining available in the Southwest. Skyline does everything from baked goods and pastry to sumptuous salads to awe-inspiring buffets and menus. Our staff specializes in working with our members who require special orders for dining needs, please make your request know at the time of your reservation.

Casual Dining
Casual Dining is held on the lower level of the Clubhouse, which has three dining areas to choose from. All three; The Top, Bistro, and the Legacy lounge, offer dining in a casual atmosphere. In addition, the Top offers a more social environment with high definition plasma screen televisions and walk up indoor/outdoor bar. Dress is casual, but the menu ranges from a hamburger or salad to filet mignon. Dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday nights. To-go service is available until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 7:00 p.m. Sunday nights. For to-go orders, please call (520) 299-2707.

 

Lunch Service
Lunch is served from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m Sunday afternoons.

 

Breakfast Buffet
Every Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00, culinary staff create a sumptuous breakfast buffet. The buffet features an assortment of traditional breakfast items including cereals and fruits, light luncheon entrée selections and an action station featuring made-to-order omelets or pancakes.
